Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, provided it's in original condition (this also means original unopened packaging) and within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will send you a replacement or in the case of a refund charge a %15 restocking fee. We will refund the full purchase price including shipping and cost of shipping back to us only in the case of a defective or not as advertised product that can't be replaced with a properly functioning one.

Note that there are some items excluded from this return policy for which returns will not be accepted except in the case of a defective or not as advertised product. Examples of such products are fins where installation of the blades in footpockets required altering the blades by gluing or drilling holes, and powerheads. Such products will have the no return policy stated on the product page.

Before seding a product back you must obtain a merchandise return number from us by email or phone. Please enclose a note giving the MRN, the reason for the return, in the case of a defective product please provide a full description of the fault, and your details.
